Description:

William Fetler, a graduate of Spurgeon's College, was deeply impacted by the Welsh Revival and also identified with the Pentecostal movement. He was both Baptist and Pentecostal and established churches in St. Petersburg, Russia, and Riga, Latvia. He was exiled from the Russian Empire in 1914.
